The warm welcome of the hosts. Were always so polite and wondering if they could do something for us. Had an amazing stay because of them. The house itself is very spacious with a rooftop area, swimming pool, own kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Location is perfect! Within 5/10 minutes you are on the other side of the river.

The villa is spacious, very clean & have a pool . Ahmed who incharge of key handover is very friendly, supportive and easy to deal with. The location is very strategic , in the town, near the nile river & luxor temple. There are numbers of restaurant nearby, jetty with boat, ferry, feluka, camel ride and shops.
The is one of the best accomodation during my 2 weeks stay in Egypt. I recommend those who visit luxor to try this villa.

The villa was clean
The location is not correct. Had to walk further away from the said location. Some of the said facilities are not available, like wifi.
