Es war sehr ruhig gelegen.

Im Sommer wäre ein zentrale s Klimagerät zu wenig.

Spacious, bright, and super comfortable.

The chairs by the dinner table were very flimsy.

We love this apartment area, it's 5-10min away from Pile gate old Town. Only 7€ to reach old Town by the Uber, good for a family budget. Good lapad bay view specially at evening and night, also there is near playground for my 3 years old. This apartment is in the 3rd floor, not a big problem for my 3 years old. Tommy, studenac (food shops) are easy to access. Bakeries in the street aswell. P.s Don't turn off the water heater switch near the light switch at bathroom. 😃

Trash area, no near. We haven't use the 2nd bedroom, our 3rd adult preferred sleeping in the sofa bed in living room, near air conditioned.

The apartment is spacious, bright, very clean, and well equipped. There were plenty of towels, the location is excellent, and parking was much easier than we expected. Access with luggage and a trolley was straightforward, although it would have been helpful to know in advance that there is no lift and the apartment is on the second floor.

The listing advertises air conditioning, but in reality there is only one unit in the hallway. It doesn’t cool either bedroom, and the upstairs bedroom under the roof became unbearably hot—we ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. The staircase is also very steep and felt unsafe for a toddler, making it difficult to use the upstairs bedroom. Another issue was the lack of blackout curtains. Only one room had one, so in June it was impossible for our 3-year-old to nap during the afternoon, and everyone was awake before 5 a.m. because of the early sunrise. Finally, reliable Wi-Fi was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment, as I needed to work during our stay. Unfortunately, it never worked. The property manager was very friendly and genuinely tried to resolve the issue, but it remained unresolved throughout our stay.
