A great hostess and exceptional property makes for a perfect stay!

Absolutely beautiful place! The breakfast was amazing - homemade apple tarts from scratch, homemade yogurt, fresh rolls, wonderful eggs from chickens that roam freely. Isabelle is extremely accommodating and caring. She was helpful with advice on the area. She was caring and helpful when we had car trouble and allowed us to stay and use the facilities as long as necessary. Couldn't be better!

Central location in Normandy to all the surrounding villages and attractions...Isabella was a wonderful host and provided the most comfortable and wonderful experience....THIS IS A DIAMOND..!!!! Our happy place in Normandy

This was our second stay at this beautiful manoir, and it felt like coming home. Isabelle is a wonderful, warm-hearted host who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and Romeo the dog brings joy to every visit. The garden is beautifully maintained, with a large, lush lawn perfect for relaxing, and the view from the window each morning is simply breathtaking. A truly special place we’ll keep coming back to.

Manoir de Conjon is the nicest place we have stayed in our long traveling lives.

We loved being in the countryside rather than in town. The quiet, beauty, and spaciousness of the Manoir, after full days of visiting D-Day beaches and museums, was balm to our activated senses. The host is wonderful - generous, accommodating, easy-going, and interesting to chat with if you choose. Breakfast was outstanding, with many homegrown and homemade eggs, jams, and yoghurts. We unreservedly say - stay there!

The location was perfect for our short stay in Normandy, and just 15 mins from Bayeux. The host Isobel was very friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh eggs every day from her resident chickens.

Excellent

Everything about our stay was a delight. Our host made us very welcome and provided the most delicious breakfast. A beautiful bedroom with adjoining bathroom, great shower and lovely views over the garden, lots of space and a very comfortable bed, the best sleep ever. Manoir de Conjon is perfectly situated for visiting Bayeux and the Normandy beaches although the house and grounds is so beautiful we would have been happy to not go anywhere. We highly recommend a stay here and hope to return sometime.

A beautiful , relaxing peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the French countryside !

What a beautiful gem in this quaint little village of Crouay just 10 minutes from Bayeux! If you enjoy a beautiful very quiet place in the French countryside this is the places to be! Isabelle welcomed us at the door and she was very accommodating! A delicious breakfast every morning and a most relaxing place to relax after a busy day seeing the sites in the area! Highly recommend this Manoir if you like peace and quiet!

We felt so much at home

A house with soul with a very welcoming host Isabelle. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The property is lovely & so peaceful, you don't feel like travelling anywhere anymore, you just want to sit back & bask in the tranquility. Our room had access through the back staircase, which added to the feeling of being back home. The room (rather a little apartment) has a tiny lobby with a wardrobe, a spacious bathroom (with a window looking into the beautiful back garden) and a spacious bedroom. The room is equipped with everything you may need & the bed mattress is comfortable for back pain sufferers (i.e. it's not soft). We could move freely around the house, use the fridge & help ourselves anytime to tea/coffee/cake in the kitchen. The house & the adjacent pavillon (Le Pavillon du Manoir de Conjon) can accommodate a number of people, yet, your privacy is still maintained and you still enjoy 'the quiet'. It's like you all move through different parts of the house and (maybe) meet at breakfast (at a large table) at the same hour. Breakfast time is as per the guest's preference & Isabelle offers a variety of delicious home produce. The location is ideal & the countryside is picturesque. The property is a short drive from the historical D-Day sights & the nearby towns/villages. There are a few restaurants in the nearby Bayeux, as well as Carrefour. We have very much enjoyed our stay & it will be our choice No. 1 when returning back to Normandy.

Incredible stay at Manoir de Conjon

We had a magnificent stay at the Manoir the Conjon. The rooms and the entire manoir are very well decorated with modern appliances that blend perfectly with the style of the manoir. The beds are super comfortable and the all manoir smells like a flower. You will find yourself sleeping in a dream, with the only noise being the birds chirping in the morning. Isabel, the host, is incredible. She prepared an incredible breakfast for us every day with homemade jams, yogurt, and eggs from her chickens. She let us checking in eraly and check out late. She treated us like family and made us feel very welcome. This was our favorite part of our France trip by far.

A beautiful old mansion with the nicest host you could possibly wish for. The house and the garden were in a great, spotless condition and decorated with plenty of lovely arty period pieces that were hand picked by Isabelle herself. If you want to get spoiled in style and dive into the beautiful countryside and quite sad, but yet rich history of this region then I cannot recommend enough to stay with Isabelle.

Highlight of our trip!

Isabelle was such a warm and welcoming host, with great recommendations for the area! The place was exactly the French countryside experience we wanted, plus it was close to Bayeux and the D-day beaches. The room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a beautiful view of the manicured lawn and rolling hills in the distance. We got to have an amazing breakfast outdoors nearly every morning, and a bonus: she has such cute & quirky cats!
