loved the spacious, beautiful super clean 3 br unit. outdoor courtyard and pool lovely. beds comfortable. nice bathrooms, great floor plan. loved the high ceilings and great WiFi/work area with desk.

didn’t love the immediate neighborhood but close to st Charles. also I sent a list of suggested tiny adds to make the place even more comfy. basically throw pillows to make LR sofa comfy, throw blankets, a few more utensils in kitchen, and tissues in bathrooms.

Nice location walkable area with food, coffee, and a small market right across the street! Short drive to all of our events.

The layout was horrible, you have to walk into one bedroom to get the bathroom or living area. Needs better cleaning and a lot of maintenance for bathroom. The tub was dirty, there was mold around the tub and sink. The sink water flow was so slow and not enough water was flowing out. All fixture handles in the bathroom need to be tightened up! They all felt like it was the last turn and the knob was coming off, giving very cheap and owner does not care!!! Also there were plenty of towels BUT they were dirty! A few complimentary waters would have been nice.
