Very good location, room has everything you need.

It's not a bed&breakfast, feels and looks like a motel. You get a voucher for breakfast (1 pastry and 1 drink) at a local bakery. Although the bakery was very good, 1 pastry does not make a breakfast. The price is high for what you get in general.

Its clean, cozy and in very good location. Owner is communicative and helpful. Quiet, you dont hear the noise from the street. Cleaning every day which we did not anticipate. Breakfast is good, would be perfect if there was any savoury option but of course its uncommon in italy.

Few small things could be easily improved to make it even better place. Tea, coffee, salt, pepper and some oil in shared space would be a very nice touch. Few bottles of water could be added to the mini fridge. In the shower there should be a disposer of shampoo/shower gel instead of half used bottles.

Everything was very good. Umberto was very helpful, in particular since Booking com screwed up the entire booking and failed to assist in rectifying the mistake. Reservation for the b&b was duplicated, how this happened I do not know, thus 2 rooms were booked. I informed immediately booking com in Berlin and told them to cancel the second reservation. They replied they could not do it, I had to get in contact with the owner of the b&b, since he had to cancel it. The last mail from me was 'How do I do it?' but never got a reply. Once I arrived at the B&B, two rooms were reserved and Umberto told me that he cannot cancel it, it was Booking com who had to do it, but they failed to do anything. My daughter was then able to take the room, but I had to pay her B&B for €231,00, which she had booked, since we did not need 3 rooms. Booking com is a disaster, no service, typically American business model.

Booking com is a disaster. See above my complaint. Many hotels have told me to make reservations directly with the hotel without involving booking com, since they are also unsatisfied with booking com.

Great location and communication with host.

The room could be cleaner. It should also be made clearer that the breakfast is not served in the property. They give vouchers to go to a close coffee shop, but there is only sweet options.
