The apartment (50m ²) is located in the center of Selva and in Nivesstraße 12, "House Dantersass", in II. Floor, so in a central but quiet location (only 250 meters from the lifts and slopes!). It is about 50 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a small kitchen and a living room with flat screen and radio; In addition, the apartment has a large balcony overlooking the imposing Sella group. A reserved parking space is in front of the house. From experience we know that most of our guests leave their vehicle on arrival and do not move during their stay with us, as ski slopes, shops, restaurants, banks, children's playgrounds, bus stops and all other facilities are comfortable and in no time within walking distance.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has the necessary cooking and eating utensils.
On request we also provide bed linen and / or towels.
The flat is about 50 sq. m and consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (satellite TV + radio), a kitchenette and shower / toilet; at the same time there is a big balcony with a view of the Sella Group. The apartment is just 250 meters from the lifts and slopes. A reserved parking space is in front of the house.
