Marino Apartments great place to stay in Levanto

What a great place to stay and relax. I recommend it to everyone! The rooms are generously sized and impeccably clean - large bathroom, kitchen and open space dining area. Large TV, washing machine, microwave, oven, induction hobs, kettle, plates, glasses and all the cutlery you need. There is a garden with 2 tables and chairs where you can sit and have your coffee or even eat out. Parking is inside the property with automated gate. The hostess is amazing - super friendly and she had printed in advance all the information we needed (without even asking) - we had a map of the area with marked points of free car park in the city, grocery store, train station, restaurants etc.. We had a schedule of the train and boat service to Cinque Terre in the room. All you need is there and in working order. Stefania, thank you for everything! Definitely we will come again!

Great apartment & hosts but car essential.

Great apartment, lovely hosts & good facilities.

Nothing other than location. The apartment was just a bit too far away from supermarket & Levanto centre for us - had a 5 minute drive to access car park at train station (paid parking - free parking further away) just outside centre so had a 10 minute walk into centre to access restaurants & ferry etc. Not so good for relaxing, drinking & enjoying your evening.

it was very nice and clean, and we got a much bigger flat than we had booked. Levanto is a very good place to stay if you can’t to see the area.

there was a lots of noice from the people living in the same building, and there was a dog was barking I hole day. There was no beds, but sleeping sofa and it was not what it said in the advertisement, so it could have been better.

La distanza dal centro e dal mare. È ben indicato nella descrizione dell'appartamento, ma non è da sottovalutare.. senza un mezzo proprio (bici, auto o moto) è un po' distante.e la strada è senza marciapiede e non sempre ben illuminata.

L'emplacement très proche de la gare. La disponibilité et réactivité des propriétaires. La fonctionnalité du logement, bien équipé. Jardin très joli.

Dommage que le 2ème lit simple soit un lit pliant moins confortable. Quelques odeurs désagréables au bout du 2ème jour la salle de bain.

Séjour en famille à Levanto pour découvrir les Cinque Terre.

La gentillesse et la serviabilité des hôtes qui nous ont donné de très bonnes adresses. L'appartement était très propre et bien agencé. Place de parc sécurisée.

Petit bémol pour la climatisation qui se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et uniquement des ventilateurs dans les chambres à l'étage.

Apartament w miare czysty, dobrze wyposażony, parking na samochód

Apartament leży samej głównej ulicy, ponieważ klima jest tylko na dole na piętrze było 28C :( jak otworzyłem okno hałas z ulicy budził nas do 4....często pół nocy nie przespanej. Ogólnie katastrofa, hałas i gorączka. Na dole jest klima, chłodno ale za to zapach piwnicy, wilgoci i braku świeżego powietrza. Wręcz śmierdzi. Na koniec musieliśmy wywieść śmieci do centrum miasta! Szukać punktu i oddać...pierwszy raz sie spotkaliśmy z taką sytuacją.

Belle maison au pied des cinq terres

La maison est spacieuse, calme et agréable. Les propriétaires sont adorables et de bons conseils. Les adresses recommandées sont top ! La maison est impeccable niveau propreté. La proximité avec la gare pour visiter les 5 terres est un gros plus. Par contre, un peu éloigné du ce très de Levanto

La connexion internet avec le WiFi n'est pas stable, nous avons eut du mal à avoir internet ... Quelques transats dans le jardin pour profiter du soleil seraient les bienvenue 😊

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei schönem Wetter okay, für längeren Familienurlaub nicht geeignet.

Prinzipiell gefallen hat uns, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück zur Wohnung gab. Auf dem Gelände selbst gab es ein wenig Platz für Kinder, sich zu betätigen. Die Lage des Hauses ist circa 3 km außerhalb von Levanto, mit einem Auto, aber in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen, ist aufgrund des fehlenden Fußweges und des Verkehrs eher nicht ratsam. Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Vermieter hat nach Absprache gut geklappt, der Empfang war freundlich.

Generell liegt das Haus an einer gut befahrenen Ausfallstraße von Levanto, und es ist dementsprechend laut. Unsere Wohnung lag teilweise im Kellergeschoss und war sehr dunkel, so dass auch tagsüber immer Licht angeschaltet werden musste. Die Ausstattung war funktional, aber sehr einfach und ausbaufähig. Das 1,60 m Breite Doppelbett mit gemeinsamer Decke war für 2 Erwachsene nicht akzeptabel. Auch die Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sind maximal für Kinder bis zwölf Jahren geeignet, als erwachsener kann man darin nicht schlafen. Befremdlich war auch, dass uns gesagt wurde, wir sollen unseren getrennt gesammelten Müll zum Bahnhof fahren, um ihn dort zu entsorgen. Es gab am Haus selbst keine Möglichkeit den Müll zu entsorgen. Das bedeutet, man fährt seinen Plastik, Bio oder Papiermüll mit dem eigenen Auto 3 km zum Bahnhof und sucht dort öffentliche Müllcontainer.

Très bon accueil des hôtes. Parking dans la propriété. 2 chambres.

L'humidite est incrustée dans le salon cuisine et ça sent quand on est assis dans le canapé. Odeur forte de moisissure sous l'évier. Dommage l'appartement semble fraîchement rénové. Impossible d'aller à la gare à pieds car pas de trottoirs au bord de la route. Le stationnement autour de Levanto était compliqué (fin octobre).
