This very nice holiday home consists of 3 separate living units and is located close to the dike.
Apartment 3 is on the ground floor with direct access to its own terrace and is equipped for 5 adults and a small child.
Your holiday home has a fully equipped kitchen with storage room, living room with LCD TV, 2 bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed), a bathroom with shower / toilet and a separate toilet.
An ironing board, iron and a washing machine are at your disposal in the separate laundry room.
A separate terrace was created for each living unit, equipped with garden furniture and a grill.
Here you can let the fresh 'North Sea air' blow around your nose on sunny days.
A parking space and storage facilities for your bicycles are also available.
Quiet location and yet right in the middle. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, bakeries, excellent restaurants and the indoor play park 'Sturmfei' with adjacent wellness oasis etc..

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind offen. Spielsachen, Geschirr, Hochstuhl,... Alles ist vorhanden.
In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Ortsmitte von Neßmersiel mit Supermarkt und Restaurants.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Wohnung sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr kinderfreundlich (Bett,Hochstuhl, wickelmöglichkeit, Spielsachen vorhanden)

Alles da, was man für ein paar entspannte Urlaubstage braucht! Gut durchdachte Einrichtung, anders als in den meisten anderen Ferienwohnungen war alles reichlich vorhanden (Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck), selbst Ersatz-Küchenrollen/-Toilettenpapier und Putzmittel wurden gestellt. Ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen, ein paar Meter weiter auch ein kleiner Edeka mit Bäcker. Für alles andere braucht man einen fahrbaren Untersatz.

Super schöne Wohnung. Wirklich alles vorhanden vom Toilettepapier bis hin zum Spülmaschinen Taps.
Toller Strand in der Nähe und auch andere Möglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Alles in allen war es ein toller Aufenthalt.
