About this villa rental
Villa Ca'n Vilanova, is located only 1.5 km from the town of Pollensa, easily accessible on foot. Its situation is very quiet since it is at the end of a small road. The house is rustic Mallorcan style with white walls and terrazo floors, consists of a living room with open kitchen and equipped with sofas, satellite TV, DVD, table and chairs, with all the comforts for a family holiday.
The kitchen also has all the basic utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
They complete their facilities, a bedroom with a large double bed and a double bedroom with 2 single beds.The bathroom is fully equiped with a countertop wash basin, bidet, wc, and bathtub.
Outside there is a covered terrace to enjoy an outdoor dinner, barbecue and a large 8 x 4 meter pool equipped with sunbeds.
Next to the pool there is a garden area, with grass and native plants.

The villa was in a brilliant location, clean and very well equipped. We arrived very late and found it difficult to find in the dark, but after a phone call to our host she came to our help despite having to get out of bed! To be fair the key box is easy to find and instructions good. If you get a hire car, don’t get anything too big as entrance quite tight!
Pollenca 5 minutes in car, Port. Pollenca 10minutes.
Overall experience excellent.

This villa is off the beaten track but close enough to shops lidl, town centre and beach areas. Car needed. Garden and swim area secluded with no one passing by. Villa itself is clean and has everything needed for your stay. Maybe a pair of scissors and cool bag with ice packs would be a good addition.

Very comfortable property in a great location on the edge of Pollenca. Great pool and green space. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to swift off, tune out and relax.
