Quiet location on a mountain hill near a beautiful beach (500 m) with a promenade, beach bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Many sights in the vicinity (information folder present in the apartment).
Easy accessibility (Almeria, Murcia, Alicante, Malaga).
Layout: 2 bedrooms for 4 people (+ extra sofa bed for 1 people possible), max 4 adults, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine), luxury bathroom (low bath with shower combination), spacious terrace and beautiful swimming pool with panoramic views of the mountains and the sea! Own covered parking space.

Lovely property with amazing views Terrace has the sun up until 3pm the sofa in the photo wasn’t there ? The road up to the property is better than the 11 flights of stairs ( which were not as bad as we thought ) Excellent and will stay again

Clear instructions for the keys.
Property is a 6 minute walk from the beach using staircase 3. There are a lot of steps but once you get used to that it is fine. We chose to walk most days but could have used the car.
Well appointed apartment, with nice outdoor space. Bedrooms are a good size, as is the lounge/kitchen area.
Dishwasher and washing machine we're a bonus.
Pool is a couple of minutes walk away. Very good size.
We would definitely try to rent this apartment again if possible. One minor issue. Bedside lamps in the main bedroom would have been helpful

This apartment unfortunately didn’t live up to our expectations. Although we were happy with the cost of the accommodation & its location, the apartment itself is rather dated and certain items were either not present (extra bedding, extra towels, bedside lamps, instructions for the washing machine & TV) or are overdue for replacement (the shower (especially the shower head), some crockery, cutlery, bed sheets, pillows etc). We appreciate that February is early in the year for a stay but the apartment was cold and slightly damp, especially the main bedroom & although it was quite warm outside, the apartment doesn’t get the benefit of the winter sun due to its position. We really enjoyed the area though & sampled a number of the local restaurants & welcomed the proximity to the sea & the lovely seaside walks. With a little bit of investment & TLC, this could be a lovely apartment.
