Great place for family with kids

Lovely place, very quiet and relaxing. Nice comfortable room, beautiful view, delicious food (best papanasi ever, delicious steak slow cooked, really good saramura). Warm water in the pool, nice spa and tennis courts.

Sport courts (soccer, tennis), very nice and big swimming pools (but they were not very clean), lake view and walk around. Very quiet place except the party night.

No mosquito nets at the windows (the one in the bathroom was ripped off). When we arrived we had to ask them to bring the minibar, hair drier, towels, slippers and so on. The bathroom was very dirty, the cabin shower had spider nets in the upper part, the hydro massage equipment didn't work, in the room there was only one plug, no extension cord, the balcony door didn't close properly, the side windows were very dirty, the breakfast was extremely expensive for what they provided. The menu in the restaurant was poor in choices. Cheap furniture, cheap, hard and uncomfortable string mattress. There was a party Saturday night with loud music until midnight. The staff didn't wear any mask for a few days (with few exceptions). All in all it was a 2-3 star hotel experience at the price of a 4 star hotel.
