It was perfect. And close to all we needed

We were visiting for an early family Christmas. The house was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the family home as well as downtown/bricktown and the Plaza District. There were broken and missing tiles in the bathroom. The smoke detectors had been taken down and put in a drawer. The property manager said they would send someone to put them back up but never did. A rude guest in one of the other units kept blocking the driveway, but that's not management's fault. I thought telling management they would ask the other renter to move his car but it kept returning to the same place so don't know if they did.

This was a great 1 bed/1bath house with all the amenities of home! Very comfortable & we enjoyed our stay!

This is a home converted into at least 2 apartments. Appears to be built circa 1950’s. Not luxurious by any means but was clean and well provisioned for the length of our stay. Very nice washer/dryer and TV as well as a good assortment of the kitchen equipment. Off street parking was available and the location was good for what we wanted. Overall I would say that this rental was OK for the price but if you plan to stay longer Than a few days then I would recommend moving up in price.
