Historic Gatewood Home. JC Penney had dinner here

This is the perfect place to stay and you should book it now. We used to live in the OKC metro and were back in town for a couple graduations. This house was everything we needed, and more. Everything was clean and there are tons of supplies to make your morning, afternoon, and evening delightful. Monte was an awesome host and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the property. There are a lot of plants in this house, which helps make it very cozy and feel like an actual home instead of a “flipped” house rented out by a Vrbo host. We will return here again and again every time we come “home,” because that’s exactly how this property makes us feel: at home.

Monte and Jan were excellent and accommodating hosts. The home was clean and well furnished with everything you could need during a stay. Communication was quick! Perfect location with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I loved being able to walk to the Plaza District at night! I will be staying with Monte and Jan for our next trip to OKC.

Excellent on all fronts. Monte was pleasantly involved throughout the whole process from reservations to the stay to checkout. The house was clean throughout and comfortable in all aspects. It is conveniently located to the raycom center, the bricktown area and all the downtown attractions. It is easy to get to and the neighborhood is also clean, safe and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is cozy with a lot of personality. We will definitely stay here for all our OKC adventures.

Ideally located near so many wonderful things to do in okc. Well supplied for our needs. Definitely would stay again. Beautiful house and home to some spectacular indoor plants.
