This neighborhood is very quiet and safe. This is an ideal house to access a major highway to get anywhere without multiple stoplights!
PARKING: Please read the following regarding Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Semi-Trailers and Buses. If this ordinance is not followed, the Guest will be billed for the Citation.
- § 59-10450. - Commercial vehicles, trucks, semi-trailers and buses. Commercial vehicles, trucks and semi-trailers shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts, except when being actively loaded or unloaded. Buses shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts except at those locations where they are accessory to the operation of civic uses permitted in residential zoning districts. This regulation shall not apply to the AA District.

★ Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times.
★ Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am.
No unstated guests
★ Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property.
★ Any additional guests that does not equal the number of guests in the reservation will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ Visitors must vacate the property by 11 PM each day. Otherwise, will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times for houses and 4 for apartments.
Check-in and Check-out
★ FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will results in a $250 charge per camera
★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit.

The house suited all our needs and was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was available when needed and overall the house was comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area.

We needed a place for a month while we were waiting to close on a house. The house and yard are spacious. The house was well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. Anything you might need is just a few minutes away. Our stay was quite comfortable.

Outside needs improvement. Grass was to long. One chair was broken the other was cracked. The grill was broken. Inside there were no broom or dust pan. Other than that it was a great stay.
