When leasing The Smaller Stay you're getting a completely self-contained private home with a 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a cute and well stocked kitchen, living, and dining space, an upstairs den with arcade system, and an exterior setup with a small yard and fire pit.



We hope that this is a place of peace for you as your travel for work, play, or whatever else may bring you to this stay.

You'll have access to the home through the front door or (when applicable) through the garage door.



Garage usage is complimentary for guests booking 30 day stays or longer OR is available for shorter stays at a surcharge.



The morning of check-in, if not before, you will receive a text message and/or a message on the platform giving you the access code for the property and the House Book.



Please default to texting us back at the number we text you at throughout your stay. We want to make sure your messages are attended to at the first opportunity, and this will be very helpful towards that end.

The Greens is a locally beloved neighborhood in NW Oklahoma City that gives you great access to the Kilpatrick Turnpike (running East and West through the metro, circling down to Yukon westward and plumb near to Tulsa eastward). You''ve also got quick access to the Hefner parkway through NW 122nd and with Mercy Hospital, unlimited food, and good recreation so close by it's not hard to see why The Greens is a local fav!
