    The staff mixed up our booking so we had to moved from 304 to 302. The room 302 is overlooking the footpath - the shop downstairs were blasting advertisement so loud till the evening. On the other hand, the bath towels they gave were so cheap and thin with dark spots. The cleaners knocked on our door at around 9am and we said please come back in an hour to clean as we were getting ready to leave - did not turn up an hour later to clean our room. The worst thing is that the unit 302 refrigerator was not plugged in. We believed that it was ON so our food were off! Who in the right mind would unplug a fridge?
