Apanema Cavehouse with outdoor hot tub and breathtaking views of the caldera!

The villa is located is the best part of Oía, away from traffic and noice but only 5 minute walk to town. The attention to detail and assistance that the property owner provided took the experience to the next level. We are very thankful to Nick and his staff.

This property was the icing on our trip. Property owner was very attentive. Arranged transfer to port and made us dinner reservations prior to our arrival for a perfect sunset view. This property was incredible.

Beautiful private location with stunning views and lovely accommodations. Needs more sun shade on patio. We would definitely return.

When I made contact with the host with some initial questions after booking, it took 2 weeks to get a response. Luckily we booked several months in advance, but as our travel date grew closer I was concerned this would be an ongoing issue...which it was. I was attempting to arrange a transfer for myself and my friends to get to the villa from the airport, as is standard with Santorini. The DAY I was scheduled to land, I finally got a confirmation from the host. I had arranged alternate transfer as I worried I would not get a response in time. I booked this property because on the map view it appeared to be near where my friends were staying and we all wanted to be close by. Come to find out, this property is on the OPPOSITE side of Oia. The property is about a 4 min walk once the marble walkway ends. You have to walk along the road, which is pretty safe as long as you pay attention to the traffic. It is an easy walk, but we were disappointed when we realized our friends were about a 25-min walk. Overall the property was very clean. They stocked the place with food and drinks for us. The view is incredible. It is very quiet. The pool was heated which was a nice touch in cool September. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bedding was high quality and soft. I would still stay here again, and I would recommend it to people who want to stay a little ways out of town for more privacy. I was given 3 people's contact information should we need any assistance. The "owner" who was supposed to be our primary contact NEVER responded to ANY of my text messages. Response time was slow from the others and caused some undue stress. Luckily I have been to Oia before and knew how to get things done and get to places without their assistance. And just so anyone knows who reads this, one bed is in the kitchen, the other is in the "living" space. There is really only one bedroom in the far back. The shower was nice. There is no washer/dryer.
