This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. Beautiful location overall. Cheryl, the property manager is prompt, professional and great at her job. We had a fabulous trip. Quick walk to the beach, the property is gorgeous and clean. It was difficult to sleep as we had to keep the windows closed due to the Amtrak running. So it got warm, even with all the fans provided. The carpets are also really dingy and dirty looking. If those got ripped out, I would look at this rental again in a cooler season when I wouldn’t mind the windows closed.

Great location close to beach and shops. Train is close to this unit but did not disrupt sleep if windows closed. This unit did not have AC but had lots of fans which kept it a comfortable temperature. Property was clean, welcoming, and spacious. Had a couple issues that the property manager was informed of and they responded quickly stating they would be taken care of (one issue was a broken chair and the other was a very pokey area on the floor under the carpet transition area that got our toddler pretty bad). The unit has beautifully remodeled showers (no tubs). Overall was a wonderful stay and would recommend.

This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The listing agent was easy to deal with and was quick to respond and take care of our one request.
