Enjoy this condo. It's west facing on an outside corner location with close ocean and beach views four levels up from the ground. This assures expansive panoramic views to the ocean. There is only one shared wall and there's two exterior window walls facing the ocean to the west and the marina to the north. The higher elevation assures added security and privacy while the adjacent wide sand beach is accessible from the nearby elevator or stairs and out the adjacent gate.

See beach and ocean views straight on from every window and your balcony. You'll enjoy watching the sailboats, the beachgoers, the kite fliers, the surfers and simply gazing at the ocean from this location. The views are everchanging throughout the year. Inside the views are sit down or lay down also.

This location is adjacent to a beach somewhat off of the beaten track and mostly visited by vacationers. During the summer our beach is lifeguarded and there is a swimming area and a surfing area. It has become more popular recently. There is no on street parking which is wonderful for keeping traffic down and added peacefulness. The marina village lights at night are magical across the river/estuary and it is an easy walk. There's no ongoing public access infrastructure or street in front adjacent to our beach area, nor is there a street adjacent to this side of the complex.

Over time seals and sealions have discovered our marina and they like it! The sealions had decided they would hang out on the boat docks which isn't ideal as you can imagine, so an island dock was placed in the harbor for them to sunbathe on instead of the docks.

At our complex the ducks fly in to our koi pond and lay their eggs and hide them and their young ducklings in the lush vegetation and along the small streams for safety. These nesting ducks are protected by law so enjoy viewing them and their babies from the walkway.

Our beautiful grounds here have changed throughout the decades as there were many large pine trees at one time and less ocean views. There's still an older one on the south side of the D building. Back then it was like a beachside pine forest complex with raccoons running around instead of the tropical paradise we share today.

We're fortunate to be able to offer you this beach condo in this complex that sits on 13 acres of gardens with many amenities and a reserved parking spot under cover.
