There was NO key in the lockbox upon arrival, and the front door was open seeral inches. I placed 2 calls/voicemails to the manager, but she never returned my call. I also called Vacasa, and was told to expect a return call--but that never came. We were able to lock ourselves in with a deadbolt, but impossible to lock from the outside.

The location was great. Not much of a view but easy to access a trail to the beach. The house was clean and neat, and in good condition
No pizza cutter ;(. Really it was perfect for what we needed.

There were several items that were broken or breaking. However, it did not much impact our comfort with only two people in the house. The managing company was notified via text and they were responsive, indicating these items would be repaired/corrected for the next visitors..
