Charming flat with balcony in Pimlico

We loved this apartment and its location. Highlights for us were: Cleanliness, comfortable and warm, spacious and light, outdoor balcony and location. The decor is homely and there was great ventilation. Fast wifi and excellent communication. We love self check-in, yet appreciated the personal touches in all correspondence with real people.

Bed not very comfortable and hit our back

The person who greeted us was ready and waiting. He showed us everything we needed about the apartment. And also gave information about transportation and other tips. The place was on the top floor and quite quiet. Convenient for departure on a day tour to Windsor/Stonehenge/Bath that started at Victoria Coash Station and a 10 minute walk to the tube. Also close to the theater showing Wicked.

There was supposed to be 2 beds, but there were no linens for the sofa bed and the extra bedding in the closet all had stains. The kitchen towel (while folded nicely) when opened up was completely dirty. We informed the person who greeted us that we would like to check out late and he said it shouldn't be a problem. The day of check out the property informed us they could not accommodate a late check out (check out is 10, we asked to stay till 12/1230 latest) because another guest was arriving. Initially I called and was told someone would call me back within 10 minutes...they never called but just kept copying and pasting the same message to me even when I explained that I had been told otherwise. Beware that you need to walk up to the third floor using narrow stairs.
