Das man das Zelt nicht ganz aufmachen konnte. Knarzende Betten. Bei der Küchenausstattung fehlten Küchenuttensilien. Z.b große Pfanne . Die Aufteilung ist nicht optimal. Man könnte z.b ein Sideboard reinstellen und die Kinderzimmer sind viel zu eng. Ebenso ist die Küche zu klein. Für 6 Personen

The only good thing was, that we were lucky, to be in a first row tent with the sea view.

HOSPITALITY FAIL! Before arrival we tried to contact the property several times, with no respond. For a warm welcome we were explained what we can and what we cannot do in the tent in order to not lose the deposit money (100€). Be careful to not open the wrong tent zipper, you’ll lose your money!! With no previous knowledge through booking, manager explained us that cleaning fee is 40€ or if you wish to clean the tent yourself, you need to bring your own cleaning tools and other accessories from home (cheaper to buy everything in the market and do it yourself!!). After she left, we finally started enjoying our holidays, but noticed that the whole place was DIRTY. Breadcrumbs on the floor under the table, foot stains on the bad, some other stains, god knows from what... Pillows smelly and dust all over. WHY PAYING CLEANING FEE?? Get ready to be checked 3x/day if everything is alright with the tent, by a worker walking around. (so much about laid back holidays). One small fan for the whole family and whole tent to “enjoy” the glamping in hot summer days. Oh and we got a present from worker also, a dish cleaning sponge but guess what, no detergent to clean the dishes with… We’ve been visiting Croatia for the past 30 years and never came across such and expensive and prison like service. Hope you make your future customers feel more like home, offer better service for the price they pay and sadly we won't come back.
