Exceptional

Rikardo and Adela are the perfect hosts. They welcomed us super friendly and throughout our stay (almost 3 weeks) they hit the perfect balance between being a host and a "friend". They knew when to chat and when to give us our space. Rikardo helped a lot with the Covid measures, where to take a test, is this the correct test, etc. Little things made our day, such as they took down our shoes from the ballustrade before the rain started (we weren't at "home"). Those little things made them to perfect hosts. The apartment is super new, spotless on arrival and has everything you are looking for in a holiday home. Adela offered new linen and towels throughout our whole stay. The two terrasses are just perfect. The view is stunning as you have a huge olive grove and then the sea. The beach is not far away, 5 Minutes with the bikes. For us, the location and the apartment itself was just perfect. Thanks again, Rikardo and Adela, for creating such a nice place 😊

Perfektné miesto na dovolenku

Majitelia boli úžasní, milí, ochotní 🙂 ubytovanie krásne, čisté a praktické. K dispozícii práčka a kuchynka. Parkovanie pri dome úplne bez problémov. Všade blízko, či už na rôzne pláže, do mesta. Servis 100 %, čokoľvek bolo treba 🙂

Apartman je vrlo lijep, moderan, praktičan i izuzetno čist. Lokacija je odlicna, Porec i okolica mogu se obilaziti pjesice, autom ili biciklima. Domaćini su pristupacni i ljubazni. Svakako preporučamo!

Nur zu empfehlen!

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Studio. Dieses war neu und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine was ich sehr gut finde und in der kleinen Küche ist ne gute Basis Ausstattung vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse hat man fast 100% Privatsphäre und keine direkten Nachbarn. Die Sonne hat man hier morgens und abends. Es gab Bewertungen die über Lärm der Straße klagten. Das Studio ist in einem Dorf wo es sehr, sehr ruhig ist. Natürlich fällt es dann mal auf wenn Autos vorbei fahren, fand ich aber nicht ganz so schlimm. In der Nacht war es ruhig. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Klimaanlage hat Power. Bis zum Strand zu Fuß 10 minuten. Zum nächsten Supermarkt 10min mit dem Auto. Das Bett war bequem. Freundlicher Eigentümer der nicht aufdringlich ist. Klare Empfehlung!

Neues gepflegtes Appartment mit zuvorkommenden Vermietern und gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

ausgesprochen nette private Vermieter. Sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Das Appartement war sehr gepflegt und neu. Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmittel, Gewürze, Öl alles da, was für ein Appartment nicht selbstverständlich ist. Sogar eine kleine Willkommensjause. Wir durften ohne Aufpreis am Abreisetag sogar länger bleiben, da am NM noch nicht die nächsten Gäste kamen. Absperrbarer Radunterstand.

Wohlfühlen pur

Es ist eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und absolut saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die herrlichen Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse zu genießen war eine von vielen Attraktionen unseres dreiwöchigen Urlaubs. Das Olivenöl aus der Familienproduktion kann man nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.
