Best apartment in Istria!

Imagine a wonderful holiday stay and a stunning, clean and spacious apartment that meets all your requirements. Located in a small cozy village very close to the sea and the town of Poreč. If you have dogs, it is very absolutely wonderful to walk them in the morning and evening (because you are away during the day). Of course, cleaning up after the dogs is a must, we don't need to talk about that!!! And then there are the hosts ... Marija and Petra ... We have never experienced such a warm welcome and care in Istria before and we have been almost everywhere. You have to try it! Really do not hesitate for a moment!

The nicest, cleanest apartmann I have ever stayed in Croatia.

We didn't ask for breakfast, and frankly I don't know if you can ask for breakfast. Personally I was worried it would be far from the beach, but it wasn't. The small village provided the peace and quiet we wanted. It was romantic, you could say. We arrived three hours earlier than we said we would, so it's not surprising that the apartment had not been cleaned yet. Nevertheless, they were happy to show it to us. Everything was shining with cleanliness. Hotel quality.

There was no such thing. Everything went smoothly and the hosts were really nice. Everything was perfect.

The apartment is absolutely wonderful and spotlessly clean, hidden away in a tiny, peaceful village yet very close to the best beaches and the city of Poreč. The best hosts ever, they made us feel like we were family!

Zwei sehr erholsame Wochen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist groß und die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Zwei Terrassen mit Tisch und Stühlen im Osten bzw. Westen der Wohnung sind morgens bzw. abends ideal gelegen. Durch die Lage auf einer Halbinsel sind mehrere Strände nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Uns haben die Strände im Norden (Cervar Porat) und Süden (Sv.. Martin) mit kostenlosem Parken am Besten gefallen. Besonderes Highlight waren die hilfsbereiten, freundlichen und großzügigen Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Unabhängig von der Unterkunft: Mittlerweile nimmt der Fahrradverkehr überhand. Selbst auf der "Bundesstraße" sind Rentnergruppen und Familien unterwegs, die den Verkehr behindern und sich selbst und andere gefährden.

Superbe location dans un lieu très calme

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil de nos hôtes. Leur envie de nous mettre dans les meilleures dispositions s’est ressenti dans tous les détails de la location. Les lits étaient très confortables et spacieux.

Top-Appartment in guter Lage. Ideal auch für Familien.

Sehr sauber. Sehr gute Ausstattung, auch mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Ruhige Lage in einem Innenhof abseits von touristischem Lärm. Trotzdem ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto in Porec. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Schlafzimmer ostseitig, daher Morgensonne und angenehm kühl. Freier Strand, wo man direkt mit dem Auto hinfahren kann, nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Mehr Ablageflächen im Badezimmer wären schön. Getrennte Bettdecken im Doppelbett wären praktischer als eine große Decke.

Otto splendidi giorni

Come già stato detto Maria e Livio sono due bravissime e simpatiche persone che ti accolgono nel loro appartamento facendoti sentire come a casa tua . L'appartamento è comodo per 4 persone ,pulito e fornito di tutto . Cervar è praticamente un piccolo borgo dove non ci sono negozi ma la sua posizione è ottima perché vicinissima al mare ( 3 minuti di macchina) ,vicino a Parenzo e a tutti i luoghi turistici più belli e affollati . La mia famiglia ed io ,se ci sarà possibile, torneremo volentieri a casa di Maria e Livio.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, l'unica informazione ulteriore che posso dare è che il bellissimo giardino che si trova sul retro dell'appartamento e interdetto ai cani (regola che si può anche capire) e che il patio davanti non recintato si trova in una grande corte abbastanza tranquilla. Per noi che abbiamo un piccolo cane anzianotto non è stato un problema!
