Instructions were clear on how to check in
items like kettle (needs descaling) and fan should really be replaced immediately .
We checked in almost at midnight and very tired. As the road outside was noisy, we couldn’t open the window (it was 19 deg outside) to ventilate the apartment. there was no remote control to operate the aircon (the owners said it was there (but it wasn’t), yet told us to open the windows instead. So we took the fan from the closet to air the room but realised the fan base was missing and it didn’t rotate!My husband had to stabilise it using our suitcases for support so that it could stand vertically. The shower rail is also missing so you have to hold the shower head to wash your hair. Very unpleasant!
