The apartment (55sqm) is on the 4th floor of an apartment building, unfortunately without elevator! It is a non-smoking apartment. It offers you a spacious open living-dining area with kitchen. It is on the 4th floor, accessed by stairs so it is not suitable for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

We were welcomed by Lydia the host on arival.The self catering apartment is excellent, well cared for, exceptionally clean, with everything you need for a quiet and very comfortable stay. Centrally located in the beautiful city of Aachen and surrounding areas.Wished we had planned to stay longer.

We were here for a long weekend and the lovingly furnished apartment served as our starting point. The central location was ideal for us, so we were able to store our shopping quickly. Only the 4th floor without elevator and the many sloping walls led to a lot of sport and "bumps" ;-)

My husband and I attended a convention of nativity collectors, meeting at several sites throughout Aachen The apartment was well situated near the center of town. We could easily walk to all the places we needed to be. The apartment had all the basics. We brought our own food and drink and had a lovely time.

Best place I’ve ever stayed in (and I have tried all). The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is bang central with a REWE nearby and many good restaurant. The Christmas market is a few hundred meters away. All amenities that I could possibly need for my one week stay were present (and some extra that I haven’t got around to using). Overall, I was very satisfied and I am definitely planning to book here the next time I am coming to Aachen.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung, es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles super. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen von Aachen und bietet alles, was man für eine kurze oder längere Zeit braucht. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und konnten die kleine Auszeit gut nutzen. Bei schlechtem Wetter verbringt man auch gerne Zeit in der Wohnung, bei gutem Wetter ist sie ein idealer Startpunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und groß, tolle Aufteilung und in einer super Lage ! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut funktioniert und somit war der Checkin und der Checkout sehr einfach. Die Ferienwohnung war mit einigen notwendigen Dingen (Seife, Backpapier, Kaffee, etc.) ausgestattet. Die Lage des Apartments ist großartig, der Balkon auch sehr schön. Die Treppen hinaufzusteigen lohnt sich auf jeden Fall.

Rundum wohlfühlen ist hier die Devise. Es fehlt an nichts, die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig und leise. Die vierte Etage ließ sich erklimmen und dass das Parken mitten in der Stadt seine Kosten hat, war auch klar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Check in war sehr einfach und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist absolut top - direkt an der Altstadt. Mit dem Parken sieht es dadurch aber schlecht aus. In der Nähe ist jedoch ein Parkhaus. Die Wohnung ist eine absolute Empfehlung fürs Erkunden von Aachen und Umgebung.
