Perfect, spacious, great location and everything we needed for our long weekend.

This was perfect for walks into Cheltenham, to restaurants, bars etc. Communication was brilliant and very quick when we contacted the company looking after the house and also from the owner. Nice and spacious, having everything that we needed.

Nice place for the price.

The location was great, mostly quiet for how close it was to the centre. Spacious house also.

From the back door to the fenced off garden area, it was open to the side bit which leads straight up to the main road, i.e. it is not fenced there as it is where you park your car. So when you take your dog out for last toilets at night and first toilets in the morning, you had to take them to the garden and watch them in there - you can't just open the back door and let them out. Yes, great to have off road parking, but not ideal to not have it all fenced off from the back door and this wasn't obvious to me on the photos when booking.

This house is central to many sites and amenities. Clean and very well organised. Plenty of instructions on how to comfortably stay there over a short break . Parking at the rear is a bonus .

10am checkout as I had my elderly mother with me . The host told me they waved the £15 fee in the morning but by then we’d got mother to wake up an hour earlier

Lovely cozy house close to town

Really well situated house, so close to town. Warm, cozy with everything you need and a very attentive host. We asked for a cot and high chair which was no problem. Great shower pressure, the heating was on and easy to use and rooms a good size. The parking was such a God send too.

Martha did ask if there was anything else she could to make us comfortable. Tbh there was a few things like blackout blinds - the curtains didn't do much to block the light in the morning, a topper for the double as one of us had to sleep in the join if we wanted to sleep near to each other. But these are things they wouldn't be able to fix during our stay. Also the property next to us was busy at 6am through to 11pm. Not crazy noisy, just delivery trucks arriving and gates slamming but enough to wake the baby so bear in mind when booking!

Lovely family holiday in excellent location but small house

Good communication and flexilbility to get info before leaving home to make sure we were organised. Excellent location. Great for walking everywhere. Bath Road is a bustling community with everything you need. Parking a bonus but we had a big car, so tricky to get in. Great to have condiments in kitchen. Beds very comfortable and bedrooms nicely decorated. Hosts organised mid week clean. Quiet except for bin men. Lovely park nearby and choice of 5 decent pubs in walking distance. Cheltenham is a lovely town. Hosts quick to respond to problems, which we appreciated. Thought house was expensive for size but location is top notch.

Not have to ask for info a day in advance. Not have to ask for a second key. House generally clean and nicely decorated but Carpets stained and needed a deep clean. Disappointing. Garden table very small. No parasol. Dining table only big enough for four. No dishwasher. Bin men come every day and early morning noise is irritating. Comfortable for three. I think 6 woukd be a squeeze and there is only one toilet which is in the bathroom and not separate. Got caught out by split levels and steps a bit. Vacumn was initially inoperable due to broken plug. They fixed it but didnt expect to find it that way. Oven was dirty on arrival but they cleaned it.

Lovely house for a trip to Cheltenham

This was exactly what we were looking for - space in the centre of Cheltenham for a family of 4 with parking. The house is set up well for visitors in that it is clean, has good sized bedrooms, cooking facilities and extras like a DVD player with a collection of DVDs. The check-in and out process was simple.

I couldn't find a tea towel which would have been useful after washing up (but perhaps I missed it).

Lovely stay in Cheltenham

The hosts were excellent. The place was spotless. Spacious bedrooms, dining room and i a really cozy tv area. The free offroad parking was a lifesaver. The area is so cute. Loads of boutique shops and cafes. Travelling can be so tiring and stressful so I really appreciated the easy self check in service. I'm sure they were there ready to help but I had no complaints. Thank you.

Would not return there

Location was good and communication with host was good. Nice to have a parking space next to house but narrow space for big car.

No direct access to the garden from house. It is separate and to get to it you have to walk through parking. Very bad smell of mould in all house but more so in living room. The bed in the master bedroom is horrible. It is 2 single beds put together. They felt like they have been used for many years and they were hard and very slept in. Had to cut the stay just after 1 night as couldn't imagine staying there for one more day or sleep in that bed again.

Comfortable 2 bedroom house; convenient for the Cotswolds.

Comfortable, quiet, 2 bedroom house, bathroom with bath. Efficient heating and plenty of hot water (stayed in November). Good location not far from train station and the Cotswolds. Nice to have games to play.

Kitchenware not clean, had to wash mugs etc before use. Didn't use pans as dirty; ended up eating out instead.

Great house in a lovely location. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location was superb. Next to a trendy high street with lovely coffee shops and easy to walk into town. Comfortable house with everything you need, especially parking which was a real asset. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. We requested 2 x twins bedrooms which they were able to provide for us. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the house.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like in this property or the location.

The plug in air fresheners were unpleasant and unnecessary. we just turned them off. Would be good to have small waste bins in bedrooms and bathroom.

Comfortable semi detached

Comfortable beds; large king size and two singles for the kids. Clean and tidy. Parking at the rear of the property very useful. 20 mins walk to town. Netflix and dvds and games left for evenings in. Kept the kids happy. Comfortable sofa and dining room table suitable for eating and working at. Good to have a bit more space than being in a hotel room for 3 days. Shower good. Owners helpful on line. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Damp smell on entry, especially in downstairs rooms. Once aired it improved. Noisy street in the early morning with rubbish truck for road and pub on corner unfortunately (we aren’t used to that as we live out of town). Could do with some more pillows for beds (no extra bedding in cupboards).
