About this apartment rental
Elegant, spacious, completely renovated split level apartment in the historic city center of Florence. Minutes away from all major sights. Modern renovation and amenities in a period building. My apartment is an open plan spacious loft arranged over 2 levels. There is a gated courtyard out front and no stairs to the ground level. On the ground floor guests have access to a large living room with full American kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower plus a guest bathroom. On the lower ground floor guests have access to 2 queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. I am available to offer any help and assistance that might be required throughout your stay. A map and tourist information is provided and I can give you tips on transportation, attractions, restaurants and bars or any other information on Florence and surroundings. You are also welcome to contact me prior or after the booking for any additional information you may require. If it is your first trip to Italy and/or Europe and you need advice on itineraries, trains, buses etc, please do not hesitate to ask!

This unit was surprisingly large and comfortable. The street isn't the pretties but it is safe, close to everything and the interior is very well done.

Place was as advertised and located an easy walk from wherever you would want to to go in Florence. Only suggestion is upfront communication about the additional Florence city tax, which is not collected by VRBO. But other than that minor issue the stay was great.

We enjoyed our stay with my husband, son and a friend. Quiet neighborhood but short walks to all of the sites in Florence. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing is the upstairs bedroom and living room ac’s do not cool as well as the downstairs. But very spacious and modern.
