This is more than just a vacation rental! This is a family FUN center! This rustic hilltop
cabin is located in the Harbor Village area with a spectacular view of the beautiful Bear
Lake from the large deck. This cabin is within walking distance or a short drive to all
the fun Bear Lake has to offer. We’ve done the work for you – Just come on in! We’ve
made you a list of all the fun things to do around the Bear Lake Area; i.e., golfing,
paddle boarding, horseback riding, ropes course, go-cart racing, ice cave, rodeo, bike
and water craft rentals and a fun kid friendly fish pond and playground. Just to name a
few. When you get to the cabin, just click on the QR code and it will link you directly to
the activities and rentals of your choice as well as a list of all the great local restaurants
and shops.
With in walking distance-
Coffee shop, grocery store, and the kiddos can pan for gold, rent bikes and compete
for who can create the tallest self-serve soft Ice Cream Cone! (FYI the Raspberry swirl
is the best!) Then walk to the sandy Marina Beach for a day in the sun (bring lots of
sunscreen! The Bear Lake Sun is HOT!) You also have access to great hiking and ATV
trails.
What you Get-
Fantastic view of the lake, a large fully stocked Kitchen with TWO prepping sinks
(You’ll love that!) a large indoor table, large deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill.
5 Bed Rooms, 3 bathrooms and a Loft, washer and dryer, AC, a game table, a TV
room, WiFi, and a hangout area for those cool teenagers.

The two downstairs bunkrooms sleep 6 – 2 queens and 2 twin bunks
The TV area has 2 futon couches for extra sleeping (2)

Things to know -
The night time views are just as spectacular. The cabin overlooks the Bear Lake
marina and its parade of lights throughout the evening. What are you waiting for? Book
this cabin and spread out for a special time with you family.
2 dogs allowed – weight limit 30 lbs or less, with an additional fee. NO other animals
are allowed. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet, inside and out.
There is parking for 5 vehicles. The driveway to this home is steep and may require
four-wheel drive in the winter.
All vehicles must be parked on property. No parking on street.

Don’t think this Bear Lake Cabin is just fun in the Summer . . . Come on back
when the snow flies! You will enjoy sitting around the fire place after a day snow skiing,
snowmobiling, or sledding. If a polar plunge is your thing, you’ll want to be here for the
Bear Lake Winter fest. Cast your vote at the Chili cook off or enter the cardboard boat
ricotta at the state marina. And who hasn’t dreamed of a cabin Christmas! The cabin
will be all decked out for the holidays with an inside Christmas tree and outside
Christmas lights.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
