The Cozy Cottage is located right in the amazing town of Flagstaff with an easy drive to beautiful Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The house is just as its name says...very cozy. The beds are comfortable and there's a cozy family room with a fireplace and also a nice patio with a fireplace there as well. The host provided all the essentials plus a few extras like coffee. They also provided a list of things to do which was greatly appreciated!

Situated halfway between Lowell Observatory and Snowbowl, it made for a perfect getaway and basecamp for my family. I loved the high quality Astronomical pictures of various deep sky objects in the rooms, and the snug sitting room in the master was a favorite reclining spot. Multiple lights, many on dimmers, gave the space the perfect ambiance for movie nights.
The thermostat worked well, but the temp changes throughout the house could use some work. The bedrooms were toasty while the main room froze. The bathroom, while perfectly useable, is very small and not ADA compliant.

The cabin is decorated beautifully and very updated.
You can see deer come down the back of the cabin around 7am, but only if you’re in the master bedroom.
It’s close to town.
The back deck is only accessible through the master and there are steps going out & up to get to it. The screen is broken, so I wasn’t able to keep it open.
It’s very close to the road, so a lot of noise if the windows are open.
