About this house rental

Beautiful updated home with a million dollar view of the San Francisco Peaks! A lovely 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, on a large lot, with fenced back yard, gas grill, and great floor plan. Situated close to Hwy 180, the main route the Grand Canyon and Arizona Snowbowl. Minutes from downtown Flagstaff, the Museum of Northern Arizona, and all that Flagstaff has to offer. On the main level the Master bedroom has a king bed, and full private bath with tub and shower. Upstairs has 2 queen bedrooms, and a full bath. Full kitchen with all amenities, including dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. *This home like most Flagstaff homes, does NOT offer air conditioning.

THERE IS NO AC >>>> NEVER BOOK IN SUMMER >EXTREMELY HUMID .PROPERTY MANAGER WAS UNAVAILABLE THE ENTIRE 2 WEEKS. WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE COOKING SUPPLIES AS THE ONES LEFT WERE UNUSABLE . NOISY NEIGHBORHOOD < MOTORCYCLES,TRUCKS ,Buses at night > 1 block from Highway .. LOvely Decor but very worn out . Mattresses were the Worst . Many sleepless night . We got the impression based on Linens and Blow Up beds that the home is OVER USED by Skiers in the winter . I hope The Owners have awareness .WE left it very clean . Thanks for your time ,
