About this apartment rental
This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

We stayed 4 weeks in April / May and it worked out great. Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. Clean and quiet apartment (stairs up to the terrace are steep) with well equiped kitchen and laundry. Good value.

The property is tidy, clean, and modern. Edt has taken the time to make the apartment feel as homely as possible and it contains all the appliances, furniture, and furnishings that we as a family of five required. There is plenty of space, including the balcony and roof terrace that provide options for all ages. The roof terrace was a sun trap and perfect if you want to catch some rays or just burn yourself to a crisp! The apartment itself is located between Cunit and Cubelles which provides plenty of options for food, drinks, and sea front walks. Also there wasn’t a Red Lion, Queen Victoria, or full English breakfast insight which is good if you want a break from the more touristy Spanish towns. The sandy beach is a stone throw away from the apartment and building and the pool area provided a good space to relax while the kids splashed around the pool. This was a fantastic apartment that we can not recommend highly enough! We hope that Edt will let us book again in the future.
