About this apartment rental

70 m2 holiday home with a spacious bedroom and terrace in El Médano. Located on the beachfront and overlooking it and the pool, the Residential is located in an area with countless services: restaurants and cafes, less than five minutes walk from the pharmacy, supermarkets, promenade, fashion and accessories, greengrocer, butcher shop, post office, etc ... The car is not necessary for any type of displacement.

The apartment has SMART TV both in the living room and in the bedroom with internet access and Pay TV (NETFLIX). The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and complete kitchenware.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed . Loved the weekends and late afternoons watching the youngsters on their skates etc on the little square to the side of the apartment. Lovely family atmosphere everywhere . We are an older couple and could get about easily . Beautiful beaches and restaurants and the prices were brilliant . We are already thinking about returning later in the year .
