Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, very bright, cozy, with sea view, capacity for 4 people. With WiFi, pool and elevator. 50 meters from the beach.
Well furnished and equipped, prepared to make your stay a pleasant one.
We provide linens and towels.
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. All rooms have large windows overlooking the sea. We have a cot and high chair upon previous request.
The living room is equipped with Smart TV, Radio / CD / Bluetooth / USB music system and router (fiber).
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, kettle, refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, hair dryer.
Video intercom.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building which has an elevator.
The building has 2 swimming pools, a sling and a small one for children, in a closed area for greater safety of children.
The building is very close to Cabezo beach and 5 minutes walk from the town center.
The accommodation is registered in the General Tourism Register of the Island Council of Tenerife as Vacation Home No. A-38-4-0001536.

Complete equipted appartment with fast Wlan, fine for some surfing friends as us as well as for a family with up to two kids.

L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour accueillir une famille. Il y a même un lit pour bébé. La résidence est entretenue tous les jours, et dispose d'une petite piscine privée.
L'appartement est situé à moins de 100m de la mer, mais l'endroit est peu propice à la baignade. Il faut privilégier la plage du centre ville à 10mn à pied.
Beaucoup de petits commerces et de restaurants sont disponibles dans un rayon de 500m.
