Oceanfront beach home located at North Litchfield Beach in Pawleys Island.

High Flying was a wonderful home. It was beautifully decorated, well cleaned, and perfect for our beach trip. We absolutely loved the screened in porch and the little gazebo on the walkway to the beach. The house worked perfectly for the 8 of us staying. I would highly recommend this rental.

the decor of this house is lovely. it lives beautifully. only issue was Monday am we awoke to a shaking house and loud construction noise due to pylons being pounded two doors down. Fortunately they finished by midday. But it was quite frustrating not knowing if this was going to go on all week and it was hard to find answers. The house could have been cleaned better especially with covid19 in the air. coffee pot still had coffee in it, hair on the bathroom floor. Beds were a little lumpy because of the foam toppers. we brought our own pillows. the dishwasher flooded the kitchen and I believe it must have done this before we checked in because the rug was hanging outside when we arrived. Fortunately, we didn't need it all week and only discovered at the end it was broken. the house is next to a public access path so be prepared for a lot of people sitting near you. many of them were not social distancing which was frustrating. That being said, I would stay at this home again with no reservations.
