Conched Out Cottage is just steps to one of the best beaches on Saint Simons Island. This totally renovated 1943 beach cottage is sure to be a favorite for guest. The cottage has two bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom and bath located on first floor. While the guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located on the second floor.Totally renovated kitchen with all stainless appliances and fully equipped with everything that you will need for your stay. There are two sunroom sitting areas located on the first floor. Along with a screened in porch on the rear and an open porch off of the guest bedroom complete with a twin size bed swing. The front gate leads to the outside shower for those coming in from a long day at the beach. The backyard area speaks for itself. This area will be perfect for entertaining. There is an outside bar with swings for seats. And a fire pit with four seats for those cooler nights. There is also a flat screen tv that will be perfect for those who want to watch the game while sitting around the fire pit. This home is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing pier and putt putt. The Conched Out Cottage is sure to be a favorite and will book fast. So make your reservations today.

Upon checking in, we noticed the home wasn’t super clean. Linens on beds had what appeared to be pet hair on them, bathroom rugs were dirty, and overall just hadn’t had a good deep clean. We immediately reached out to management and they replaced all linens and thoroughly cleaned the home for us the next morning. We were very pleased and appreciative. The listing says there are 2 king beds which was a reason we liked this home but this isn’t the case. It’s a king bed upstairs and a full bed downstairs. Kind of a bummer but we made it work. The house is really neat and has been redone well with lots of charm. Super quick walk to the beach and close to the Village. Communication with management was wonderful. I do think some additional deep cleaning, decluttering and organization of the home overall could make this home a real show stopper.
