The view is spectacular and the condo is loaded with upgrades including custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, plantation shutters, flat screen HDTV's wet bar w/ ice maker etc. Phoenix on the Bay has luxurious amenities including a lazy river, water slide, marina, putting green, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, saunas, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, fish cleaning station, and the list goes on. The building and condo unit are sure to meet or exceed even the most discerning of tastes. Fun for the family yet a relaxing paradise for the couple looking to get away.

The condo was clean and decorated in blues/ yellow. It was inviting after a long travel day ! Location was excellent! My only negatives .. the toaster did not work well and the coffee maker drip device was insufficient. Upgrade your appliances. Also, the master bedroom needs curtains because the condo porch light ( you cannot turn it off)shines into the room with just blinds on the window. Black out shades would be amazing. If you fix those 3 things, you would definitely get a 5 star.Thank you .

My husband and I stayed here for a last weekend before school started with 13 year our son and 2 of his friends. We had an amazing experience! The rooms are spacious and the open kitchen/living area was perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware and there is plenty of storage room for food/snacks. We really enjoyed hanging out and eating meals on the balcony. The fact that it was on the top floor and near the bay helped to filter out the sound from the lazy river. There is an elevator to the right of the door, so access to the pool was very easy. The boys swam non stop and really enjoyed the putt putt area. It is a great place for a family to stay. We learned day 2 if you park on the top floor of the garage it’s only a short walk to the condo. I would stay here again without question.

Nice place. However, the pullout sofa mattress leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, there were no linens for the pull out, So, we had to put my son on a blanket on the floor to sleep.Refrigerator does not get very cold. Just letting someone know so that they can get it looked at. Other than that, we enjoyed it!! Nice place!

We loved the property and all amenities, but overall the condo itself could use some TLC. Had to reach out twice to property management for balcony door that was almost impossible to open and close, along with broken microwave door handle, torn patio furniture and multiple lights/outlets that did not work. Will definitely stay at Phoenix on the Bay again, but will try another condo next time.
