Spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium that sleeps 11 comfortably is located on the 2nd floor of Phoenix on the Bay. This condo pairs well with all the relaxing amenities, such as a long lazy river, that Phoenix on the Bay has to offer.
Traditional décor in the living area features a queen sleeper sofa, large flat-screen television, and beautiful views of the courtyard, lazy river, marina and the bay. Kitchen is fully equipped with crisp white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Dining area table has plenty of room to seat ten plus additional seating for four at the kitchen’s breakfast bar. Wet bar adjacent to dining area features an ice maker and granite countertops.
Master bedroom has a King-size bed, flat-screen television, writing desk, and balcony access. Master bathroom offers a double sink vanity, Jacuzzi tub, and separate step-in shower. First guest bedroom features a 1 queen-size bed, a twin sleeping chair, and flat-screen television. Second guest bedroom offers a 2 queen sized beds, flat screen and ensuite bathroom.
Spacious wrap-around balcony offers plenty of seating to include an outdoor dining table and chairs, plus additional chairs for enjoying the views of the courtyard and the peaceful back-bay area of Orange Beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-Hauls, buses, and similar large vehicles are not permitted on the property.
Boat slips are not included with our units. However, if you are staying at Phoenix on the Bay or Lighthouse on the Bay, you may rent a slip for an additional fee.
Boat trailers are allowed on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee, and boats and jet skis are welcome.

The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a great stay. The only complaint I have is that the two twin sized beds were terrible to sleep on. The twin bed with the trundle, squeaked very loudly with just the slightest movement. The other twin was a fold out chair and the mattress was so thin you could feel the bars through it.

Loved the unit, loved the pool, slide and lazy river. Get the cleaning crew to do a better job though please. Our unit had lots of sand and other trash on the floor at check in that we cleaned ourselves.

Loved this unit - especially its location on the property but it should be noted that the furniture (couches & chairs) is more worn than the photos show. Dining chairs and couches are starting to get a little worn/saggy & not very comfortable unless you sit on a pillow and/or put one behind your back. However, the owner was very attentive & quick to get the air conditioner fixed when it went out and was very gracious. ALSO - this had the best equipped kitchen we have ever experienced with Homeaway. Every pot, pan, small appliance and utensil you could possibly need as well as serving dishes. The only thing missing was a toaster - though it had a toaster oven. So we just bought & donated a toaster because we LOVED the fact they provided so much in the kitchen. We cook a lot so that was a big deal to us. Will definitely be back!

The decor was nice in this unit . How we the floors were filthy so the $250 cleaning fee they charge is outrageous . Out feet were black the entire time so badly I actually took pictures. We were never notified there were no boat docks , trailer charges and the check in and check out times were different from the website . The condo itself is nice and in a good location but I feel sorry for the owners because it's not being cleaned properly . Security was very rude . Ladies behind the front desk were pleasant and informative and kind but they really need to work on the rudeness of the security guards they do not interact with guests well at all!
