The condo was very nice. Only two things could be corrected. There was no info on how to operate the T.V. in the main room. No WiFi available. Otherwise it was great.

I have been to the Pheonix on the Bay property several times over the past 5-10 years and this has been by far the most disappointing stay. The room itself was dated and i understand that it can't be updated every year, but every piece of furniture without exaggeration was damaged and rough. It looked like a frat house or college apartment. There weren't any pans or skillets to cook with, the floors were swept but not mopped, there was a hole in the ceiling above the bar, and the carpets in the bedroom were badly stained along with the couch in the living area. Overall it just felt dirty. The front desk provided us with a skillet after I'd purchased one in town and they fixed the leaking ice maker. All things that happened but weren't a concern bc things need maintenance, but dirty is just a lack of care. I will not be coming back to this property.
