    If you are doing research based on all the recommended hotels in Sapa via social media, you may proceed to choose this hotel directly. This was the only hotel without crucial negative reviews among all the recommended ones. Arrived at hotel and indeed room was clean and view was really awesome. Can see both mountain and monorail passing by from room. The hotel was have a rooftop swimming pool and basement pool. Hotel also allows you to shower via the pool toilet after you check out which was very helpful as we were planning to take a overnight sleeper bus to Ninh Binh. Location was awesome as well, every attractions are just a short grab ride away. We can even walk to the station for the monorail to Fansipan. Service by staff were awesome as well. Really nothing to complain about.

    Pistachio hotel in Sapa was just amazing!! The staff, great! The room, brilliant with a breathtaking view, the breakfast buffet, a 5 star meal with what seemed like unlimited options!! Cant wait to come back to this amazing place!!

    Booked a room with a view of mountains for 2 nights. Instead was accommodated on level 2. I didn’t like it and ended up did not open the sliding door to the balcony. I won’t return.
