Gorgeous Estate w/180° views of the lake and 300+ ft of waterfront!
Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! Built in 2017, this gorgeous home sits in a small, secluded gated community on the southern part of the lake. The property offers 180° views from every room, with the cove behind us serving as a natural preserve. To the left, two uninhabited islands stretch for ½ mile, connected by sandbars and home to local beavers and otters. The right side of the cove is protected state park property.
Your 300+ feet of private waterfront begins just 50 feet from the house, with an easy grade down to a flat backyard featuring 3,000 sq ft of landscaped recreation areas. Uniquely, the property offers two full-size boat docks, providing ample space for watercraft. Enjoy evening campfires at our lakeside fire pit!
Recent upgrades include:
- 3-person infrared sauna room
- 2 kayaks and 2 paddle-boards for water activities
- Added a new larger 26' open slip dock

Beautiful property with big lake views. Well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable for our small group but could accommodate larger groups as well. The host was very responsive. Close to Clemson. Wish we had more time to make use of all of the amenities.

Our family enjoyed our recent day at this property! Everything was as described. We’ve stayed at Lake Keowee multiple times and always enjoy our visits. The house was on a great spot in the lake and we loved our week!

The property was perfect for our whole family. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and there was plenty of places to find to read watch tv and enjoy the views. The dock and all of its toys kept the kids happy to swim right there. The kitchen had everything you need and the grill was great to have. Everyone agreed it was a great vacation!

We had a total of 14 people staying (ranging from 11 yrs old to 70 yrs old). This home was perfect on so many levels.1. Clean and spacious (room for everyone to spread out and have their space)2. Beautifully decorated3. Full functional kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances. It had everything we needed to cook hearty meals as a family4. Quiet and cozy cove - allowing the kids to feel safe at swimming. Almost felt like our own private lake area. Water is so clean and clear (absolutely gorgeous)5. 4 king size beds was a plus - great for adult couples. Mattresses are very soft.6. We had a boat and 2 jet skis that we brought to the house. The 2 docks were more than ample room to dock our watercrafts.7. One of the docks has an angled ladder which allowed my 70 year old mother to join all of us in a swim (the angled ladder is helpful for anyone who has been through any knee surgeries or elderly who have problems in range of motion with their legs)8. Great location - grocery store is only 13 mins awayWe enjoyed swimming, boating, tubing, jet skiing, fishing, making SMORES around the fire pit and just relaxing and spending time together as a family.The owner was super helpful with information about the area and made sure that he presented us with codes and addresses in perfect time of our arrival. Not to mention, he took care of handling storage arrangements for both of our trailers.This is one place that you will not regret booking!
