Gorgeous Estate w/180° views of the lake and 300+ ft of waterfront!
Welcome to our dream home on Lake Keowee! Built in 2017, this gorgeous home sits in a small, secluded gated community on the southern part of the lake. The property offers 180° views from every room, with the cove behind us serving as a natural preserve. To the left, two uninhabited islands stretch for ½ mile, connected by sandbars and home to local beavers and otters. The right side of the cove is protected state park property.
Your 300+ feet of private waterfront begins just 50 feet from the house, with an easy grade down to a flat backyard featuring 3,000 sq ft of landscaped recreation areas. Uniquely, the property offers two full-size boat docks, providing ample space for watercraft. Enjoy evening campfires at our lakeside fire pit!

Beautiful property with big lake views. Well appointed and spacious. Very comfortable for our small group but could accommodate larger groups as well. The host was very responsive. Close to Clemson. Wish we had more time to make use of all of the amenities.

Our family enjoyed our recent day at this property! Everything was as described. We’ve stayed at Lake Keowee multiple times and always enjoy our visits. The house was on a great spot in the lake and we loved our week!

The property was perfect for our whole family. Everyone was comfortable in their bedrooms and there was plenty of places to find to read watch tv and enjoy the views. The dock and all of its toys kept the kids happy to swim right there. The kitchen had everything you need and the grill was great to have. Everyone agreed it was a great vacation!

Our family of 15, including three generations, had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is clean, well decorated and comfortable. With two large living areas inside and large screened porches on both levels, there is room for everyone to gather and also to spread out. The kitchen is spacious and the best stocked I’ve ever seen in a rental house. It even has a griddle for “Mimi’s pancakes”.This home is private and secluded with an expansive view of the lake. There are two islands with a sand bar to the left that are easily accessible by kayaks and paddle boats that were provided by the owners. The water is clean and clear. We enjoyed the spacious dock with lots of chairs to enjoy the view and swim, and appreciated the lake toys provided by the owner.We rented a boat and jet skis and enjoyed exploring the lake. Fran was helpful to recommend rental sources. The owners also included an extensive list of nearby stores, restaurants and attractions in the area. They thought of everything! Fran was easy to reach and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.In addition to the lake activities, we enjoyed having the pool table, table tennis, chess set and other games available. To top it off, the outdoor firepit with lots of chairs provided a fun night for family smores.The family agreed that this was a wonderful choice. Thank you for your attention to detail and providing such a great place for us to gather.Linda H
