Close to sailing, scuba diving, and more, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 16-minute drive to Sainte-Maxime Beach or the 22-minute drive to Nartelle Beach (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Please do NOT pay any attention to the very bad review written by Brad P! We stayed in this house for three weeks this summer, and everything worked fine. We really had nothing to complain about. The house is located just a couple of minutes walk from Plan de la Tour, a small and cozy village with nice restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores, serving most of your needs. A 10-minute drive from the house you find a supermarket (Carrefour) with basically all you need. It is also only a short 15-minute drive to get to the beach in St. Maxime. We stayed only 4 persons in the house, and thus had a lot of space. Three bedrooms, with 2 beds each, can easily accommodate 6 persons. Even though the house is very close to the village, noise from the village is definitely not a problem. The lovely garden and the swimming pool are located away from the entrance, and are very private. There were no disturbances from neighbours. The garden was beautiful with lots of flowers, and the grapes hanging above the patio gave nice shade to the seating area outside. We all really enjoyed the three weeks in this house, and we have already started thinking about staying there also next summer. Jarle S. and family

Do NOT rent this home. We give this home a one star rating, but only because we cannot give it zero stars. Be very wary of renting this home from the present owners as the quality of the chairs, linens and most of all the bathroom sink cabinet. To be fair the owners were agreeable and tolerant when your payment was delayed due to bank issues but our experience went extremely downhill from there. One our first afternoon at the home I happened to sit on one of the chairs by the pool, it collapsed immediately. Second, there is a full bath in the home that is of such shoddy construction that when we leaned on it, it collapsed immediately into a heap of particle board. This happened to me as I leaned on it to look into the mirror, the problem was the cabinet had no floor support, it was only hinged to the side of the wall and left to hang. We negotiated a deposit with the owners but immediately after we called the owner to tell them of the collapse of the bathroom they immediately became intolerant of the deposit and demanded a large addition to the deposit. So we paid an exorbitant amount for a very cheap particle board bathroom counter and sink. We only imagine how much the owners pocketed from our experience. To make matters even worse, I was so upset from the experience that I absentmindedly left several valuable shirts and shoes in the home only realizing a day later that they were missing and we were hundreds of miles away. As you can imagine the owners used my clothing as a form of hostage. They told us that since they live in St. Tropez they will not be able to ship my clothing back to the US until September (St. Tropez is barely an hours drive) and their on site manager who speaks no English could not be bothered unless we paid her an additional "displacement fee" of many euros. They proved to us that any agreement with these owners be it written or oral is not to be trusted under any circumstances. Otherwise, Plan De La Tour is truly a wonderful village with extremely friendly shops and restaurants. We have no problem visiting the town again and suggest other homes in the area.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa au calme, très bien agencée et décorée avec goût, la propreté est irréprochable. Jardin paysagé, terrasse et environnement nous ont procuré la détente que nous attendions. Même si nous n'avons pas profité de la piscine, le cadre est charmant. L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui nous ont renseignés sur les activités, randonnées, cueillette de champignons, VTT, visites, restaurants, etc... Très satisfaits nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement cette location qui est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Nous avons séjourné, fin juin - début juillet 2011, durant 3 semaines consécutives dans cette villa et nous ne le regrettons pas. Accueil exceptionnel de la part des propriétaires, propreté irréprochable et jardin très agréable. La proximité du village est un atout supplémentaire.

Aprés un trés bon acceuil, nous avons rédouvert cette maison trés fonctionnelle, propre et décorée avec gout est trés bien située. A la fois proche de st Maxime et éloignée du bruit. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour et avons apprécié le petit village du Plan de la Tour. A noter la profondeur de piscine qui peut rassurer les parents avec de jeunes enfants ou ceux qui ne savent pas bien nager... A louer en toute confiance.

Une villa familiale très accueillante

Nous recherchions un lieu calme, mais à proximité des commerces et de la vie tropézienne et nous l'avons trouvé. La villa est agréable avec un coin nuit et un espace jour. La piscine située devant la terrasse permet de surveiller facilement les enfants dans l'eau. Par ailleurs, une personne se charge d'en faire l'entretien régulièrement. La villa est bien entretenue, et le jardin est un régal pour les yeux. Pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée, lors de la réservation, le propriétaire nous avait fait parvenir un plan des lieux ainsi qu'un plan d'accès. Il s'est assuré de notre bonne installation et apporte une attention particulière à l'accueil. Depuis la location, nous avons pu découvrir la région sans parcourir trop de kilomètres et profiter de la plage. Nous retournerons dans cette villa avec grand plaisir.

villa très agréable à vivre bien équipée au calme avec un joli point de vue de la terrasse sur la montagne ,le côté piscine très relaxe avec son joli jardin fleuri, un régal pour les yeux , ainsi que l'aménagement des petits coins terrasse très sympathique pour prendre les repas .tout était réuni pour un séjour de qualité nous avons aimé à renouveler .
