The villa is ideally situated in a safe and secure gated community just a few minutes walk from the charming village of Plan de la Tour. The villa is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay and is tastefully decorated both inside and outside. It is also spotlessly clean and clearly well cared for. Plan de la Tour offers plenty of great places to eat as well as a several shops selling local produce and throughout the summer an excellent market on Thursday mornings. The coastal town of St Maxine is about 10km away and provides good ferry links to other parts of the coast, including St Tropez which is just a short and enjoyable ferry ride across the bay The owner of the villa, Frederic, is a charming and hospitable host. He contacted us both at the beginning and the end of our stay and provided us with many useful tips and recommendations for our stay. He could not have been more accomodating or welcoming. Thank you, Fredric for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful home! We hope to return again some day.

A beautiful authentic French house, immaculate and extremely well equipped. It has been modernised in a very sympathetic manner retaining its charm but also providing up to date facilities. Wi Fi and air conditioning are of a very high standard and it has a lovely new kitchen which has recently been installed by the owner. The outside area is excellent with a lovely pool and a great BBQ both which were constantly in use whilst we were there. The village is a short walk and can supply all your holiday needs. It is a beautiful village very unspoilt with several small restaurants, cafes and a bar. There are several boulangeries, a butcher and various little mini markets. The surrounding area is great for walking, cycling, exploring lovely little villages in the hills, beautiful beaches nearby and regular boat trips ...... This is a fabulous house and we would certainly recommend it to our friends and family. The customer service we received from Frederic was excellent, very professional but also very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing holiday and would certainly book this house again. Wir waren als Familie mit Teenagern und Kleinkind in diesem super ausgestatteten Haus.. Es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts , man muss nur seine Kleidung mitbringen .. wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit , gerne wieder . Die Nähe zum Dorf war super , immer frische Croissants, baguettes und für den täglichen Bedarf war auch alles da . Alles gepflegt und sauber . Zentral gelegen , man kommt überall sehr zeitig hin . Vielen Dank

Es waren zwei wunderschöne Sommerferienwochen in Le-Plan-de-la-Tour und wir und unsere zwei Kinder haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Eine optionale Poolsicherung ist vorhanden und der Vermieter gab uns wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!!! Wir waren Silvester 2018/19 für 2 Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten unseren Hund (Neufundländer) dabei und es war auch für ihn perfekt, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist und er Tag und Nacht draußen sein konnte. Dank auch an Herrn Cavro der jederzeit erreichbar war und uns viele gute Tipps geben hat. Im Ort findet man alles was man braucht auch der Markt Donnerstags ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles, was man braucht...

Um einen rundum erholsamen Urlaub zu erleben. Das Haus ist mit absolut allem ausgestattet, was man zum Leben ( und darüber hinaus) benötigt. Es gibt nichts, was wir vermisst haben, Komfort absolut, teilweise haben wir vergessen, dass es "nur" ein Ferienhaus ist, so groß war der wohlfühl Faktor . Der Besitzer ist zuvorkommend und gibt einem das Gefühl willkommen zu sein, auch wenn er selbst nicht vor Ort ist. Er hat uns bestens betreut und uns wertvolle Insider Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist in eine Anlage eingebettet, die würdevoll gealtert ist, so dass sich Charakter entwickeln konnte. Zu Fuß ins Dorf , ein paar Minuten nur, wo alles vorhanden ist, Bäcker, Restaurants, Metzger , Post , Bars, etc...Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Cote Azur bequem erreichbar. Von uns volle Punktzahl. Das charmante und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Häuschen liegt in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage unweit vom Ortszentrum entfernt. Wir waren rundum begeistert. Super Betreuung, alles tadellos und sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

So wie man sich Südfrankreich vorstellt

Das Domizil befindet sich in einer ausgeschlossen Wohnanlage in einem typisch Südfranzösischen Ort, von dem aus alle Orte sehr gut und schnell erreicht, aber nichts vom Touristentrubel gestört wird. Das Haus ist liebevoll, hochwertig und komplett eingerichtet, inclusive WLAN. Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer Ferienwohnung zu sein. Die Terasse und der Pool sind ein weiteres Highlight. Besonders toll ist, das es ausreichend Markisen gibt, sodaß man immer Schatten findet wenn einem die Sonne zuviel wird. Übrigens verfügen die Schlafzimmer über Klimaanlagen (großen Plus). Aber die Wohnalge als solches ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen Tennisplatz und auch ein allgemein zugängliches Schwimmbad,sogar ein Boule-Anlage gibt es. Der Ort Plan de la Tour verfügt über ein paar sehr gute Lokale.

Das Haus liegt in der kleinen Ortschaft La-Plan-De-la-Tour. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Pool ist herrlich sauber, das Haus schön und voll funktional eingerichtet, alles ist da was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, es gab viele Tipps für Unternehmungen oder Restaurants. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel - man kann hier wirklich eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wir können uns nur allen unseren Vorgängern in der Beurteilung anschließen. Das Haus, die Ausstattung, der Pool, der Garten, alles ist wirklich super. Hier kann man einen hervorragend entspannenden Urlaub verbringen. Und Plan De La Tour ist ebenfalls ein kleiner, aber feiner Ort jenseits von Massen-Tourismus. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, unkompliziert und stets auf das Wohl seiner Gäste bedacht. Wir können das alles wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir sind begeistert! Der Kontakt mit Herrn Cavro (Vermieter) war sehr professionell, freundlich und schnell! Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind und einem Säugling angereist. Es wurde komplett auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen: eine Poolsicherung, ein Hochstuhl für unsere Kleine sowie ein Kinderbett wurden -ohne Anfrage- aufgebaut/organisiert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt,liegt ruhig aber dennoch zentral! Es ist sehr sauber und schick eingerichtet. Der Pool war bei den warmen Tagen unser Highlight! Sehr sauberes Wasser! Herr Cavro bemüht sich wirklich sehr, dass es den Mietern während des Aufenthaltes an nichts fehlt! Wir sagen Danke & bis bald! Fazit: Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten mal gemietet und kommen gerne wieder. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten genau der Beschreibung und ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Er ist sehr bemüht, den Gästen einen sorglosen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben in dem Haus nun zum dritten Mal Urlaub gemacht. Wir haben dort immer Sommer wie Winter schönen Zeiten verbracht. Seit der Renovierung und dem Umbau ist das Haus noch schöner und größer geworden. Wir haben uns sehr gerne in der lichtdurchfluteten neuen Küche aufgehalten, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist und in der sogar Gewürze nicht fehlen. Abends haben wir die Gemütlichkeit am offenen Kamin genossen. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles vorbereitet, das Haus war warm, die Betten waren gemacht. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Wein und Wasser als Willkommensgruß. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps über die Region versorgt. Das Dorf ist nun wenigen Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Dort befindet sich einigen Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckerei, Metzgerei und guten Restaurants. Wir kommen wieder…

Wir haben in diesem Haus eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus und die Ausstattung übertreffen tatsächlich noch die Angaben in der Anzeige. Es war einfach klasse, in dieser Küche zu kochen und am offenen Kamin unsere Mahlzeit zu genießen. Wir waren schon einmal dort, im Sommer, und haben da ebenfalls einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus, das Dorf und auch die ganze Region eignen sich aber auch für Urlaube im Winter (wir konnten sogar ein paar Mal mittags draußen auf der Terrasse essen!) Sobald die Sonne weg ist, fällt die Temperatur draußen jedoch sehr schnell. Drinnen ist das Haus dank reversibler Klimaanlage und guter Isolierung dann aber gemütlich warm. Der offene Kamin ist allerdings immer noch immer das Beste. Es fehlt tatsächlich an nichts in la Mas de Saint-Pierre. Selbst als wir Besuch von Freunden bekamen, konnten wir für 8 Personen ein mehrgängiges Menü servieren. Es war genügend Geschirr und Gläser vorhanden. Zu erwähnen ist auch noch die sehr gute elektronische Ausstattung des Hauses: deutsches und französisches Fernsehen auf einem großen Flachbildschirm mit Soundsytem, Appel TV, Telefon, Internet, USB Steckdose stehen zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr nett. Er hat uns immer mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants versorgt. Bei unserer Ankunft war das Haus schon geheizt, die Betten waren gemacht, alles war sauber, auch das modernisierte Badezimmer. Ein Obstkorb, Blumen, eine Flasche Rosé und eine Flasche Wasser erwarteten uns zur Begrüßung - perfekt! Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in la Mas de Saint-Pierre und sicherlich nicht unser letzter. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung ohne Einschränkungen sehr empfehlen!.

Bei diesem Ferienhaus hat einfach alles gepaßt, die Lage, die Ausstattung, die nächtliche Ruhe. Plan-de-la-Tour ist ein authentisches Dorf an der Cote d`Azur, so wie man es sich in einem Film über diese Gegend vorstellt. In einem der kleinen Cafe`s nimmt man seinen Kaffee (der Espresso vorzüglich!), kauft dann für`s Frühstück ein und läßt es sich gut gehen. Wir konnten dann mit den vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern unseren Morgensport absolvieren und die Um- gebung erkunden. Das Haus hat eine neue, hochwertige Küche, in der auch anspruchsvolle Gerichte zuzubereiten sind. Ein beizter Pool lädt schon morgens zum Baden ein und das Frühstück kann man im Freien, bei Bedarf mit entfalteter Markise, zu sich nehmen. Der Fernseher hat einige deutschsprachige Programme zu bieten, auch deutsche Bücher sind vorhanden. Gut zu wissen, daß eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Für den Strandbedarf haben die Gastgeber auch an alles gedacht, was zum Badevergnügen gehört. Ein Tennisplatz ist übrigens auch in der Nähe. Das Haus machte äßerlich und innen einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Man kann im Ort auch gut bis sehr gut mittags oder abends essen. Durch die zentrale Lage des Grund- stücks kann man viele Ausflüge unternehmen, an die Strände der bekannten Badeorte oder in die Berge. Es war wirklich ein Traumurlaub, so daß wir dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen können. Der Vermieter hatte uns alle wichtigen Informationen vorab gegeben, so daß auch die An- und Abreise reibungslos funktionierte. Er erkundigte sich telefonisch nach unserem Befinden und gab uns noch viele Tipps für Attraktionen, Sehenswürdikeiten und zu praktischen Angelegenheiten des Alltags.

Ein traumhaftes Haus und ein wunderschöner Ort. Der Eigentümer hat das Haus mit einem Anbau und einer großen Glasfront mit Schiebetüren erweitert. In diesem Anbau befindet sich eine geräumige neue Küche mit allem Komfort: Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüler und großer Kühl – und Gefrierschrank. Ebenso wurde der Garten neu gestaltet. Unsere Erwartungen, die sich an Beschreibung und Bilder orientierten, wurden übertroffen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer gesicherten Ferienhausanlage. Der Parkplatz liegt in einer Parkbucht direkt vor dem Haus. In der Ferienanlage scheint es noch Tennisplätze und ein großes Pool zu geben, aber der eigene beheizte Pool im Garten ist natürlich unübertroffen! Von Vorteil ist, dass das Reinigungssystem des Pools ohne Chlor auskommt. Plan de La Tour ist ein malerischer Ort mit einem ursprünglichen Ortskern und es gibt Mini-Märkte, diverse Boulangerien, Restaurants und eine Crepperie. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und wir haben es genossen bei unserem Morgenspaziergang unsere Baguette und Croissants zu kaufen. Die Fahrt nach Saint Maxime dauert max. 15 Minuten. Ein großes Dankeschön gilt dem Eigentümer, Herrn Cavro, der uns am Anreisetag telefonisch detailliert in die Haustechnik einwies sowie viele gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants gab. Herr Cavro ist jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und alles Wissenswerte erhalten Sie vor der Anreise in einer Beschreibung. Unvergleichbar auch die Aufmerksamkeiten, wie ein wunderschöner Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Rosé aus der Region. Merci beaucoup! Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus im landestypischen Stil mit Wohlfühlambiente. Die meisten Räume wurden geschmackvoll renoviert, vor allem die tolle Küche im Wintergartenstil mit Blick auf den Pool und die Terrasse! Zur freundlichen Begrüßung lag ein Weißwein im Kühlschrank und ein schöner Blumenstrauß stand auf dem Tisch. Das war eine sehr nette Überraschnung! Der sympathische Vermieter erkundigte sich 2 x bei uns telefonisch, ob alles in Ordnung ist und gab uns sehr schöne Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps. Auch der Tipp lieber mit dem Fährboot statt dem Auto von St. Maxime nach St. Tropez zu fahren war Gold wert! Kein Stau und keine Parkplatzsuche! schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus hilfreicher und entgegenkommender Vermieter lebendiger und dennoch ruhiger Ort mit viel Charme exzellenter Bäcker mit wunderbarem Baguette, zu Fuss erreichbar und dazu noch schönes Dezemberwetter Summa summarum der ideale Ort, um den mitteleuropäischen Winter für einige Tage zu überbrücken P. und D. mit Dalamatiner (de la Suisse)

In den Herbstferien haben wie eine Woche mit unseren Kinder in dem Haus verbracht. Es war eine sehr erholsame Zeit - gerade auch deswegen, weil die Anlage fern ab der Touristenströme liegt, das Haus zum Wohlfühlen rundum einlädt und der Vermieter ein sehr warmherziger Gastgeber war. Wenn man allerdings Strandnähe sucht, sollte man sich für etwas anderes entscheiden. Fazit für nicht Strandurlauber: unbedingt buchen!

Wir hatten das Haus in der 2 Septemberhälfte gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist wunderschön, komplett eingerichtet und ideal für den Urlaub zu zweit oder mit kleiner Familie. Vom Pool über den Grill, die Sommerküche bis zur Einrichtung incl. Sat.-TV war alles da. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hatte sich um alles gekümmert und erkundigte sich sogar nach einem sehr heftigen Unwetter telefonisch nach unserem Befinden. Alles war sauber und gepflegt! Das Dorf ist ein richtiges Dorf ( kein Touristendorf) mit kleinen Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Markt am Donnerstag bietet Abwechslung für den Speisezettel, die Restaurants tun das Ihrige. Sehr gut das "Tour de la Plan" und die Alte Mühle! Alles wietere kann man im Carrefour in St. Maxime einkaufen, der nur 10 Minuten entfernt ist. Über stauumfahrende Schleichwege erreicht man auch die Strände von St.Tropez ganz gut. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
