Blue house. House with private pool. Next to the beach

I want to start this review addressing issues brought up by others. The apartment was extremely clean. The dominant color is white - white walls and clean, white sheets. No bugs except a couple of flies that came in when we left the door open. The tiny dipping pool was clean. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is a mix with houses and commercial properties, even a school so the area is not quiet. Delivery van doors in the early am, happy children etc. The property is not really close to anything except a great grocery. It is a hike to the metro to go downtown but the pool is a delight at night for tired feet and sipping wine after a long day. This worked out for us because we spent every day out doing something and came back only for the evening meal and sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The dishwasher operation defeated us but the washer and dryer were an asset with luggage restrictions. Overall, this was a great place for us!

It was really nice, the communication was easy. Really liked to be only a 10min walk away from the beach. only a little more space for our clothes would have been nice

Appartement sans vis à vis, literie impeccable, dans une rue calme, idéalement placé à 5 minutes à pied d' un centre commercial, de la mer et des transports ( bus metro station de taxi ) si on ne souhaite pas prendre la voiture pour aller dans le centre de barcelone, une ville magnifique !!! Je recommande!!!!

We were staying here for the Primavera Sound festival and enjoyed the proximity to the Parc del Forum. The neighborhood itself isn't spectacular, with little to no things to do, but we knew that beforehand and chose this location for the short walk to the festival. The appartment is big enough for groups of 7-8 people, with three separate double bedrooms and a single person sofa bed downstairs, and a double sofa bed upstairs in the living room. The airconditioning is very performant and easy to use. The bathrooms are okay, not spectacular but they are good enough. Disadvantages: The dishwasher is old and does not clean the dishes well, and the kitchen sink did not have warm water. We also saw some bugs in the kitchen, which is of course not the nicest thing. The wi-fi connection is unstable and slow (certainly for bigger groups). Also: the pool/jacuzzi is not the cleanest so we did not use it (despite the hot weather). We enjoyed the stay cause of the terrace and the spacious living room. The appartment is perfect for groups of friends going to Primavera Sound, but is a bit too far of the city center for regular Barcelona visits. The communication with the owner was good and direct.
