We did not make use of the breakfast facilities, but the host went out of her way to assist us with recommendations, restaurants, and even offered to fetch us from bus stop.

Quiet and tidy
Towels were not dried or changed during our stay ...not nice to try to dry yourself with damp towels
Coffee sachets supplied only for once during the day
Did not see the owner once during our stay but her communication via messages were great
$$$$
