Bonne communication amont. Indications claires. Facilement joignable. Position géographique extra ! Tout près du cours Mirabeau (2mn à pieds). Logement en arrière cour donc au calme. Petite cour extérieure close avec table et chaises, sympa. Literie correcte. Douche chaude et débit d'eau top. Chauffage à notre main. Appartement très fonctionnel.
Manque une tablette avec une lampe de chevet près du lit. Plaque et articles de cuisine vieillissants. Finitions de la salle de bain moyennes. Pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires de toilette. Odeur de moisi, et moisissures dans la douche.
