La récupération des clefs du studio. Une vraie galère (un genre de jeu de piste pas au top). Le bruit des voisins la nuit (rien à voir directement avec le studio mais l'entrée de l'immeuble est juste à côté et c'est hyper bruyant à 1 heure, 2 heures et même 3 heures du matin. Canapé-lit à confort sommaire.

Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro ma in zona tranquilla. Studio pulito e ben equipaggiato.

Difficoltà per fare il check-in, solo dopo aver telefonato e inviato messaggi ho avuto la spiegazione dettagliata per il ritiro della chiave, posizionata in un box scomodo soprattutto per persone con qualche difficoltà motoria. Comunicazioni con l'host solamente per messaggio e quindi impersonale. In bagno mancanza di sapone, prodotti di cortesia e phon.

Very good location. Easy to walk from the bus station and was able to walk to everywhere in Aix. Flat was cool (hot outside). Good hot shower.

Found it difficult to access the flat - detailed instructions not sent until after I left. I found it hard to use the keybox as it was very low down and hard to see. The code I had been given did not work and had to phone the owner to get the correct one. It was not clear which the flat was as they were not numbered, neither was the key. No instructions at all in the flat (unlike all other properties I have stayed in), Wifi code for example was not on display. Flat poorly equipped - for example no chopping board or bread board, no corkscrew, no scissors, few sharp knives. Curtains did not fit properly in the bedroom/ living room so there was a large gap which let in the light but also compromised my privacy as the flat was on the ground floor with other flats overlooking it and a lot of children were playing football right outside the window.
