It was fabulous, totally enjoyed the Villa as did our kids. Location was exceptional, so close to wonderful restaurants

Only the location caused it was in Seminyak but I was given a Villa, though in Seminyak, but different from the one originally stated in the booking. Prior to the trip, I kept on getting text messages from the property to go to a different address from the booking. It was a very dissappointing Villa.

Upon our arrival, the garden was full of flowers. It was not cleaned. We arrived late due to delayed flight. In the bathroom, we found live cockroach and same in succeeding days. We must have killed 5 cockroaches in our 4 nights stay. After our 1st night, I wrote the property about the dirty bathroom, dirty fan and they cleaned it, painted the walls of the bathroom as there were dirt all over the walls. They acted on it only after I complained and when we were already staying in the property. On our 3rd nite, they failed to wash the utensils we used. Spider web were all over the bathrooms and the garden was just too dirty we dont want to swim in the pool. I reckon I was given an old Villa despite having booked for a good one. I FELT CHEATED BUT BECAUSE I WAS WITH GUESTS, I DONT LIKE TO CAUSE TROUBLE. I HAVE BEEN USING BOOKING.COM FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I AM SO DISSAPOINTED WITH MY BOOKING.

I didn’t understand, from the photos provided, that the kitchen and the living room were open. Also it was mold on the walls. All in all it was good I would recommended it, but try to let your European standards at home. Big shout out to the people working there. 10/10 for them

the property have many problems needs to be fix, needs vacuum the pool, the bathroom too old, taps needs to replace because some are broken, kitchen carbine needs a bit of cleaning, the facilities that supposed to be included are not all there, the fridge is not cold enough ect. there are also rats inside the room

Great location and very quiet, but could do with a little attention to detail.

this Villa is in a great location in Seminyak, close to the Bintang Supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. it has a spacious yard and clean pool. despite being so close to Seminyak it was serenely quiet.

the Villa was poorly equipped. when we arrived there was no cutlery or crockery. it was advertised with a microwave oven which is also did not have. there were no pool towels for the first five days, despite repeated requests. Overall the Villa was looking a bit tired and could do with a little effort to bring it up to the standards expected of travellers in villas.
