The location of the property is convenient, close to all require amenities and shopping areas
Limited hot water, has a large bath but unable to fill with hot water as it runs out.

Location to get to places however due to construction work outside it was v difficult to be a grab so we had to walk to another road to get a taxi
The floor was not clean our feet inside were black after being inside for short period perhaps the cleaning before arrival was rushed. Also we found cocockroaches in bathroom which was not pleasant at all but management did come straight away to clear them. However still was not nice.
